P&J Kitchens have always provided our customers with the highest level of service and consequently we hope that you will find shopping online a pleasure,our web site easy to use and completely secure,so you can feel confident in placing your order for our swift attention.

Ordering

On placing an order you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

Should any item be temporarily out of stock,we will advise when it will be available and you can decide what you would like to do.

We are here to help and you can always cancel an order at this stage.

UK Delivery

Your goods will normally be with you in 2-3 working days from the date of your order.Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time, although delivery times are given without obligation or guarantee due to the reliance on a third party carrier.

Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands , Scilly Isles and Highlands of Scotland
These may incur an additional delivery charge for large items, but we would advise you first

Shipping Overseas

At this moment we only ship to the UK and Ireland.
SHIPPING TO IRELAND CAN INCUR EXTRA COSTS.

 Tax Charges

All prices quoted include VAT at 17.5 %  Books and edible goods are zero rated.


Damaged / Faulty Goods
We take every effort to ensure that our products reach you in perfect condition. However, should you receive any products in less than perfect condition, contact us to let us know and we will arrange for a refund or exchange within 30 days.

How to Return/Exchange
Please keep all packaging and return the goods as they were sent to you. Include your name, address, telephone number and whether you would like a replacement or refund. Please note that refunds bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer.

Please make sure the goods are unused and undamaged
The packaging is complete and undamaged
The goods are in a saleable condition

When we receive your returned goods we will credit your card account or send replacement goods of your choice.

If unsuitable goods are returned for exchange the cost of return is yours.
There will be no delivery charge on the alternate items sent within the mainland UK excluding the Highlands.

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements and colours are correct. Prices and details are valid at the time of ordering and all items are subject to availability at ordering time.

Complaints
In the unlikely event that you should find cause to complain please do contact us. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 2 working days.

Opening Hours
Feel free to telephone us any day, except Sunday and some Bank holidays from 9:30 am - 5:00pm  We will be only too happy to assist you in choosing a special gift. Our web site offers only a selection from our very extensive range of cookware .
