Digoin 3l/22cm Round Cass

Refined,yet hand made,this traditional terracotta is perhaps one of the great secrets of French cooking and of Digoin who have made it in Burgundy since 1875.

You may cook on a gentle gas flame and on other cookers using a diffuser.

Ovenproof,microwave and dishwasher safe,the lead-free glazes conform to British and EC standards.

For best results soak overnight prior to first use.

Hairline cracks may develop in the glaze-this is normal.

Dry well after use.
