Ceralux Ceradur® is an entirely newly developed non-stick coating. In contrast to all previous non-stick coatings CeraDur® is purely ceramic based and combines excellent frying characteristics with best non-stick properties. Extremely heat resistant up to 400°C, easy to clean. Excellently suitable for searing delicate food and for food that tends to stick like rösti, fried potatoes, eggs, pan cakes, fish and steaks.
